When Anne initially reached out to me, the wedding she described was much different than the one that came to be. In light of COVID-19, this couple of engineers gracefully pivoted, with such optimism and skill that anyone in attendance would never know their wedding wasn’t “Plan A.”
In fact, August 29th was nearly perfect.
In the midst of a pandemic, Anne and Kyle created a relaxed and hopeful respite full of happy tears and laughter. For one special day, old friends safely reunited, families joined, and two college sweethearts declared their mutual adoration with a unity beer ceremony beside the bride’s scenic family home. Even masks couldn’t hide the collective joy radiating from all sides.
It’s a special thing to witness so much love and gratitude in full force right now. The ability to manifest it is even more rare. Congratulations to these special newlyweds, may they continue to create their own happiness wherever they go.
